Shiv Shrushti is imagined as a landmark in Goregaon West — a place where shopping, working and leisure come together under one roof. Spread across 1.5 million sq. ft., the development begins with a lively G+4 retail mall, layered above with a five-storey podium of community spaces and shared amenities. Rising from this base are three modern office towers, each with its own character yet connected by a dramatic terrace in the sky.
The client’s brief began with a single unified G+2 structure. Through several brainstorming sessions the idea grew into a multi-layered destination that works for everyone — shoppers, professionals and the wider community — with efficiency, sustainability and self-sufficiency at its core.
Landscaped bridges, open-air plazas and a floating restaurant create an entirely new ground in the sky, while the podium becomes the social and cultural heart of the project. Planned for completion by 2030, Shiv Shrushti is designed as a self-sufficient “city within a city”.
